Newport Group Flex Mobile was developed by Newport Group, Inc. to provide a single access point for participants to manage their consumer-driven healthcare and other tax-favored benefit plans.

Newport Group Flex Mobile provides the following functionality:

• Account balances and details
• Upload claims and submit receipts
• Recent transactions and details
• Retrieve all email and SMS alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Stronger authentication support (picture/passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• Confirm profile and setting details
• Verify dependents
• View card details and PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device
• Update billing and email addresses
• Report card(s) lost or stolen
• Pay provider directly from app
• See expenses added through eClaims manager

Newport Group Flex Mobile is an easy, convenient app that shares authentication with the Wealthcare Participant Portal. Once registered as a user in the Wealthcare Portal, participants may download the Newport Group Flex Mobile app and log in immediately to have access to their benefit accounts.
